What's GIE?

GIE stands for Gridiron Intelligence Engine. It's the proprietary prediction system behind 4thand4cast — a daily-updating model that ingests every snap of FBS football and outputs rankings, season projections, and per-game probabilities for every team. The internals are the engine's edge; we keep them under the hood. GIE is also the brand we'd license the underlying data feed under, so the engine has its own identity separate from the consumer site.

What you won't find here

No betting picks. No spreads. No money lines. We track our own accuracy — but we don't tell you to bet on it.

The Pylon

The Pylon is our live stream — same parent company, same data feed, different format. The model's overlays show up live during games; clips and recaps flow back into the daily content stream here.
